CANCELLATION POLICY

YOU CAN MOVE A SCHEDULED EVENT DATE WITHOUT PENALTY. FOR PARTY CANCELLATIONS DONE PRIOR TO 15 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO NO CANCELLATION FEE.   CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED EVENT ARE SUBJECT TO A $50 CANCELLATION FEE. THE REMAINDER OF THE PAYMENT MADE AT THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE RETURNED. CANCELLATION PENALTIES WILL BE WAIVED FOR ANY EVENT DATE THAT IS MOVED TO A NEW DATE.  THE MONIES PAID WILL BE USED FOR THE EVENT ON THE NEW DATE.  OUTDOOR PARTIES OR COMBO PARTIES CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER CAN EITHER CHANGE THEIR DATE OR WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.  WATCH THE WEATHER REPORTS.  CANCELLATIONS NEED TO BE MADE THE DAY BEFORE YOUR EVENT.  ONCE THE EVENT DATE ARRIVES WE WOULD HAVE STARTED THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP FOR YOUR EVENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE. 

Delivery Area: Our delivery area currently includes the greater Philadelphia area including: Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Birks and Bucks counties. There may be a delivery charge imposed. When you enter your zip code the program will indicate if there will be a delivery charge.

Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions: At the time of checkout you will be required to indicate that you have read the safety rules, general operating instructions and rental agreement. By checking proceed you are indicating that you have read and understand these rules.

Rain/Weather Policy: There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event cancelled due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we load up to deliver to your location to set up. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind we cannot set up an inflatable.  If the unit being rented as a dry inflatable gets wet because of rain or misuse there will be an additional $100 charged.  This charge is levied to cover the additional cost to make the unit dry again.

Methods of Payment: MasterCard or Visa for residential customers. A company check is also acceptable for businesses, religious organizations & schools. 

Tax: Applicable state sales tax will be added to all sales unless a tax exempt number is provided.

Rental Periods: " Full Day" = Full day rental (approximately 8 hours) " Half Day" = Half day rental (approximately 4 hours)

Yard Requirements: The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.

Electrical Requirements: We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated. Do NOT use more than 100 feet of electric cord and if your situation will not allow you to power the unit as recommended then you can rent a generator from us. Delivery vs. Customer Pick-up: At this time we do not offer customer pick-up for any of our equipment. We take care of the delivery and setup.

Condition of Unit: If the use of the unit is such that it requires drying and or cleaning there will be a $50 charge.  The exception to this would be if the unit is wet because of rain. (Don't put a hose in the unit, or have it set up near sprinlers or don't allow water balloon fights in our near it.)  If you or your guests are responsible for damage to the unit we will first seek to have the unit repaired.  If it can be repaired you will be charged for the cost of the repair.  If the unit needs to be replaced you will be charged for the cost of replacement.
